The MS unit turns "On" or "Off" in synchronization with the equipment on which it is installed. It will dispense the preset amount of grease as long as the machine is operating. If the equipment is not operating, then the Pulsar lube MS unit goes into "stand-by mode" and does not dispense lubrication until the machine operates again.
The MS unit is not an externally powered unit. It operates on it's own battery. Battery should be replaced simultaneously with grease pouch. The MS unit will turn ON/OFF through a Relay Box in accordance with the related equipment power signal

MS working process |

MS unit time control (Example; 1 Month Mode) |
| 1. |
If MS unit was set 1 Month Mode, then start "1" month blinking and 30 days displayed on LCD. |
| 2. |
If MS unit was working with main machine for 10days, then "1" month blinking and 20 days displayed on LCD |
| 3. |
Main machine was power OFF for 10 days, and then MS unit has been sleep mode for 10 days. No LCD display.However, CPU will keep internal data using back up battery power. |
| 4. |
Now, Main machine power ON, MS unit will be on and continue working for the remaining 20 days |
| 5. |
After 40 days (30days working, 10 days sleeping), LCD, Red LED Signal Lamp will be blinking. |
| 6. |
Replace grease pouch only. (No need to change battery even though Low Battery I-con appear on the LCD) |
| 7. |
After replacing grease pouch, Press "RESET " button, press "POWER" button and set "MODE"

Remark:ㆍRate input power for MS unit is DC 5.0 Voltage.
ㆍMS unit can be stopped by pressing "POWER" button
ㆍIf main machine power OFF, then MS unit OFF after 6~7seconds and
all system will be in the sleep mode.

Please install unit at convenient location to replace grease pouch and control unit. |

Direct or remote mount unit to the bearing as you would a Pulsarlube M unit |

Connect female end on Relay Box to the MS unit main body |

Connect Relay Box to machines' power cable |

No need to check wire (+),(-) polarity for AC power source |

Water and Moisture. The Relay Box should never be used in, on or near water due to the risk of fatal shock. |

Heat. Never locate the Relay Box near heat sources such as a radiator, floor register, stove or other heat-generating device. |

Dangerous Entry. Care should be taken that no foreign objects or liquids fall or are spilled inside the Relay Box |

Ventilation. The Relay Box should always be located in such as way that it maintains proper ventilation. |

Flammable. Keep away from flammable and combustible materials. |

Vibration. Keep away from vibration prone items, machine and equipments. |

Service. The user should not attempt to service the Relay Box beyond what is described in the user's manual. All other servicing should be referred to qualified personnel. |
